User Agreement
1. Prior to registering an account and using services, users should carefully read and thoroughly understand this Agreement, and agree to abide by all the terms in this Agreement.2. 4. Users shall not use platform to conduct any illegal activities, including but not limited to money laundering, tax evasion and other criminal acts; nor shall they use in any way to conduct illegal activities such as fraud, pyramid schemes, etc.
5. Users independently choose trading varieties and bear trading risks themselves. only provides trading matchmaking services and does not bear any responsibilities such as users’ trading gains and losses.
6. Users shall not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of by any technical means. Once discovered, reserves the right to immediately suspend services and take legal measures.
7. will adopt industry-leading security technologies to safeguard the security of user funds. However, users understand that does not bear any responsibility for losses caused by user fund theft, password disclosure, etc.
8. will formulate fair and just trading rules, but does not bear responsibility for users' trading losses caused by market fluctuations.
9. has the right to suspend or terminate the account services of violators based on this Agreement and platform rules.
10. will adopt stable and efficient servers to ensure stable service operation, but does not bear responsibility for service interruptions or data loss caused by uncontrollable factors.
11. will formulate necessary risk control measures, but users should fully recognize the high leverage risks of CFD trading. does not bear responsibility for users' trading losses.
12. has the right to adjust relevant service fee rates at any time according to market conditions, regulations and policies. will announce adjustments on the official website in advance if such adjustments occur.
13. provides registration bonuses, transaction rebates and other activities and benefits from time to time, but reserves the right to adjust or cancel these activities.
14. Users acknowledge that leveraged trading can magnify profits and losses. Users should operate prudently according to their own tolerance and pay attention to risk control.
15. Users acknowledge that CFDs cannot be held until expiry and may face forced liquidation risks. Expiry time should be noted and responded to in time.
16. Users participating in 's activities should abide by the activity rules. reserves the right of interpretation and adjustment of activities.
17. This Agreement and the rights and obligations of both parties shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
18. For matters not covered in this Agreement, reserves the right of final interpretation.
19. If any clause in this Agreement is deemed to be invalid, void or unenforceable, the clause may be severed and the validity of the remaining clauses shall not be affected.
